Aleesha Young is establishing herself as a top female bodybuilder professional in the latter half of 2010s. Aleesha was born into an extended family of athletes. Her father took part in bodybuilding while her brothers and sisters were involved in sports such as hockey. Aleesha was a softball player, soccer as well as basketball until she began bodybuilding when she was fifteen. Aleesha was granted her professional card in 2014 after she won the NPC USA Championships. However, she began her journey in the year 2008. In 2014, she competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro where she was placed 9th. She held on to a 9th-place finish in 2015. In 2015 and 2016, Aleesha placed sixth place at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha is steadily improving and, in 2019, she brought the first professional title: in the Chicago Pro Championships. The best bodybuilder's performance at WOS Rising Phoenix. WOS Rising Phoenix was in the year 2020, when she snagged 4th position. The "World's strongest mom" is taking a medical break.
